In this role, you will work closely with various internal departments and ensure that material- and order-related documentation is complete, accurate and compliant with applicable standards. After a thorough onboarding, you will independently take on a wide range of responsibilities in a stable and future-oriented company.

You have:

• Completed vocational training in a commercial field or a comparable qualification
  or relevant professional experience in a commercial environment

• Willingness to support the department flexibly through your work

• Technical understanding and interest in materials

• Reliable, careful and independent working style

• Strong organizational skills, commitment, teamwork, resilience and openness

• Confident handling of common MS Office applications

• Good command of German; English skills are desirable

• Experience in the metal, stainless steel or industrial environment is an advantage (but not required)

Your main responsibilities:

• Creating, reviewing and managing material- and order-related documentation

• Compiling mill test certificates, processing certificates, inspection certificates and other certificates

• Ensuring the completeness and compliance of all documentation with applicable standards

• Handling customer inquiries related to material certificates and quality documentation

• Maintaining digital documentation systems and ERP systems

• Cooperating with colleagues from various departments (sales, purchasing, warehouse, suppliers)
